Your first move

Stabilize sleep before adjusting anything else — it is driving two of your three highest-scoring symptom clusters.

Midlife is not a mystery. It is just badly mapped.

Symptoms arrive years before anyone names them. Appointments are short, advice contradicts itself, and the internet is a marketplace. Women spend an average of several years and multiple providers before getting a coherent explanation. The Wellness Navigation exists to compress that into one assessment, one report, and one program you can actually finish.

The transformation

From drowning in information to knowing your next move

From

“I’ve read everything and I’m still confused.”

To

“I understand my priorities and I know what to do next.”

The Navigation Framework

  1. 01

    Understand

Name what is actually happening across all 15 domains — in plain language, without the guesswork.

  2. 02

    Prioritize

Sort everything into what matters most right now, and what is safe to leave for later.

  3. 03

    Decide

Weigh your real options against your own life, values and constraints — not a generic protocol.

  4. 04

    Act

Work the plan in small, repeatable steps with coaching and a cohort keeping you honest.

  5. 05

    Reassess

Re-score at months 3, 6 and 10 so the plan keeps up with a body that is still changing.

How it works

Three steps from “something is off” to a plan with your name on it

  1. 01

Take the MIDlife Wellness Navigation Index™

$97 — credited toward the program

A 25-minute, education-based questionnaire across 15 domains — sleep, mood, metabolism, hormones, energy, cognition, bone, heart and pelvic health among them. Not a 3-question symptom quiz.

  2. 02

    Get your Navigation Report

    Included

A personalized scorecard showing which systems are driving your symptoms, what to prioritize first, and the exact questions to bring to your own clinician.

  3. 03

Begin the Midlife Wellness Recovery Method

    $597 founding · $997 standard

A structured ~10-month path with weekly modules, coaching, and a small cohort of women moving through the same stage alongside you. Your $97 assessment is credited toward it.

Life stages

One method, tuned to where you actually are

A woman at 34 and a woman at 68 are not having the same conversation. Your Navigation Index scores you against your own stage, and your program follows the track built for it.

Ages 31–39

Prepare

Build the baseline. Understand your cycle, bone, metabolic and stress patterns early, so the years ahead start from strength rather than surprise.

Ages 40–49

Navigate

Perimenopause rarely announces itself. Map the shifting symptoms, learn what is expected versus what deserves attention, and get ahead of the confusion.

Ages 50–59

Recover & Rebuild

The core recovery window. Rebuild sleep, strength, metabolic health and confidence with structure, coaching and measurable checkpoints.

Ages 60–75

Optimize & Protect

Protect what you have built. Focus on bone, heart, muscle and cognitive health, and stay a well-prepared partner in every appointment.

Your Top 3 Priorities

You are not buying information. You are buying clarity.

Information is free and endless — that is exactly the problem. Every Navigation Report ends with your Top 3 Priorities, and each one answers the same six questions so you always know where you stand.

Why it matters

The plain-language reason this priority rose to the top of your report.

What you can do now

Specific, self-directed steps you can start this week without waiting for anyone.

What to monitor

The handful of signals worth tracking, and what a meaningful change looks like.

What to discuss with a healthcare professional

The exact questions and context to bring to your own qualified provider.

What can wait

What is real but not urgent — so you can stop carrying all of it at once.

Not now

What to deliberately set down, and why it is not the right lever at this moment.

Your report is wellness education designed to inform your own decisions and your conversations with a qualified healthcare professional. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan or medical advice.

The flagship program

Education, coaching and community — in one structured path

Information alone has never changed a symptom. The Midlife Wellness Recovery Method wraps what you learn in accountability, so the plan survives contact with a real week of your life.

See what’s included

Education you can act on

Short, evidence-based lessons that translate the research on perimenopause and midlife health into decisions you can actually make this week.

Coaching, not a 12-minute visit

Certified midlife health coaches who know your assessment results, track your progress, and adjust the plan as your symptoms shift.

A community that stays

Small moderated cohorts grouped by stage and goals, so you are never explaining your symptoms from scratch to a stranger again.

Whole-picture, not prescription-first

Sleep, strength, nutrition, stress and bone health sit next to the hormone conversation — because midlife recovery is rarely one lever.

Why us

We are often compared to Midi Health, Maven Clinic and Gennev

Those are telehealth-first services, and many of our members see a provider through one of them. We deliberately built for the part of the journey that happens between appointments — here is where that shows up.

01

Built by women, for women

This was built by a woman who has lived this transition, for women living it now. Every question, module and coaching conversation is designed by people who have been on your side of the appointment — not adapted from a general wellness product.

02

Healthcare navigation is the differentiator

Knowing what is happening is only half of it. We prepare you for the appointment itself — how to describe your symptoms, which questions to raise with your qualified healthcare professional, what to monitor between visits, and how to advocate for yourself when you are not being heard.

03

Assessment-led, not intake-led

Most midlife platforms start with a short intake designed to route you to a prescriber. We start with a deep assessment designed to explain what is actually happening in your body — and give you a plan whether or not medication is part of it.

04

A program with an ending, not an open-ended subscription

The Recovery Method is a defined ~10-month engagement with a finish line, milestones and measurable outcomes. Staying on afterwards as a $60/month member is entirely optional, month-to-month, and cancellable any time.

05

Behavior change is the product

Telehealth solves access. It rarely solves adherence. Coaching, cohorts and weekly structure are the core of what we sell, not an add-on tier.

06

Works alongside your own doctor

We are not trying to replace your physician. Every report is written so you can hand it to the clinician you already trust and have a far better appointment.

Healthcare navigation, built in

The average appointment is short. Most women leave with more questions than they arrived with. We treat the appointment itself as something you can prepare for — and get better at.

  • Appointment preparation

Walk in with your history, symptoms and priorities already organized on one page.

  • Provider communication

Language that describes what you are experiencing precisely enough to be acted on.

  • Questions to discuss

A short, specific list to raise with your qualified healthcare professional.

  • Self-advocacy

Knowing what to ask next, what to request in writing, and how to follow up.

Health equity matters

Every woman deserves to be seen, heard and taken seriously.

Understanding your health

Knowing what is happening in your own body, in language that makes sense to you, is the foundation everything else is built on.

Knowing what to ask

The right question at the right moment changes an appointment. We make sure you never have to think of it on the spot.

Confidence to advocate

Self-advocacy is a skill, not a personality trait. It can be taught, practised and carried into every room you walk into.

Research has documented for years that women’s symptoms are more likely to be under-investigated, attributed to stress, or diagnosed later than men’s — and that midlife symptoms in particular are often normalised rather than explored. Those gaps are wider still for women who have historically had less access to unhurried, informed care.

That is a gap in the system, not a failing in you. Understanding your health, knowing what questions to ask, and having the confidence to advocate for yourself are essential parts of wellness — so we build all three into everything we do, for women of every background, body and story.

Our founder

Terri L. Williams

Founder · Age 58, post-menopausal

  • 23 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist
  • Integrative Nutrition training
  • Allied Health degree
  • Holistic health practitioner
  • Certified menopause coach
  • Lymphatic drainage expertise
  • Healthcare appeals, grievance and medical billing experience

Why the method looks like this

Twenty-three years as a Licensed Massage Therapist means thousands of hours listening to women describe what was happening in their bodies — usually long before anyone had given it a name. That is where the 15-domain structure of the Navigation Index came from: the same clusters of symptoms kept arriving together, and nobody was mapping them as a whole.

Training in integrative nutrition, an Allied Health degree, holistic health practice, menopause coaching and lymphatic drainage shaped the other half — a program that works on sleep, strength, nutrition and stress together, because that is how they actually behave.

And years spent inside healthcare appeals, grievances and medical billing explain why healthcare navigation is not an afterthought here. Knowing how the system decides things is the difference between being processed by it and being heard within it.

Terri is post-menopausal and has navigated this transition herself — but the product is the method, not her story. The Wellness Navigation is a wellness education and coaching company. It does not practise medicine, diagnose or treat, and it refers members to qualified healthcare professionals for anything clinical.

What women tell us after the report lands

Beta cohort feedback
“I had been told my labs were normal for three years. The Navigation Report was the first thing that put sleep, weight and mood on one page and told me which one to fix first.”
Renée M.Age 52 · Portland, OR
“The coaching is what made it stick. Someone actually looked at my results with me every two weeks instead of handing me a PDF and wishing me luck.”
Aisha T.Age 44 · Atlanta, GA
“We were losing senior women and could not explain why. Offering this as a benefit gave us something concrete to point to — and the engagement numbers were the highest of any wellness line we run.”

What you are buying. The Wellness Navigation is a wellness education and coaching company. We do not practise medicine, and nothing here is a diagnosis, treatment, prescription or medical advice. The Navigation Index and your report are educational tools built to help you understand your own health and have better conversations with the qualified healthcare professionals you choose. We refer members to licensed providers for anything clinical, and we never ask you to change or stop a treatment you have been prescribed.

FAQ

Questions women ask us first

What exactly is the MIDlife Wellness Navigation Index™?

It is a $97 one-time, education-based evaluation covering more than 60 midlife symptoms across 15 domains — including sleep, mood, metabolism, hormones, energy, cognition, bone, cardiovascular and pelvic health. You receive a personalized Navigation Report with your Top 3 Priorities, a first-90-days action plan, and a discussion guide for your own healthcare professional. If you go on to join the Midlife Wellness Recovery Method, your $97 is credited toward it. It is wellness education, not a medical diagnosis.

Do I have to join the program after the assessment?

No. The assessment stands on its own and the report is yours to keep. If you do want structured support, the Midlife Wellness Recovery Method is $597 at the founding price — rising to $997 standard — for the full ~10-month engagement, and your $97 assessment is credited toward that. Ongoing membership afterwards is $60 a month and entirely optional.

Do you prescribe hormone therapy?

We are an education, assessment and coaching platform — we do not prescribe. What we do is make sure that if hormone therapy is the right conversation for you, you walk into your clinician's office with organized evidence and the right questions instead of a five-minute summary.

How is this different from Midi Health, Maven Clinic or Gennev?

Those are telehealth-first services built primarily around clinical visits. We are built around what happens between visits: a deeper assessment up front, a structured recovery program with a defined finish line, and coaching plus community as the core product rather than an add-on. Many members use us alongside a telehealth or in-person provider.

Can my employer cover this?

Yes. The Wellness Navigation is available as an employer benefit with flat per-seat pricing, aggregate de-identified reporting and a launch kit for your benefits team. Ask your HR or benefits lead to reach out through the employer section on this page.

Is my health information private?

Your assessment answers are used to generate your report and personalize your program — nothing else. We never sell personal health information, and employer partners only ever see de-identified, aggregate engagement data.
